MANAGING DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & TAXATION

Lisa joined Ohana Advisors in 2000 and serves as Managing Director of Operations and Taxation, the firm’s onsite CPA, a member of the Senior Operations Team, and the Client Committee. In this role, she oversees Client Operations, the Taxation Department, firm financial reporting, and Human Resources, and partners closely with leadership on client service and relationship management.

Over her tenure at Ohana, Lisa has held a wide range of roles, providing her with deep institutional knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s operations, as well as tax and estate planning, including philanthropic strategies. She is a collaborative leader and trusted mentor, recognized for her ability to develop team members and maintain long-standing relationships with clients and external professionals.

Prior to joining Ohana Advisors, Lisa spent 10 years as Trust Fund Accounting Manager at Allied Administrators. She began her career at a San Francisco–based accounting firm, where she earned her CPA designation.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from Saint Mary’s College of California. A Marin County native, she currently resides in Sonoma County with her family.
