HAYLEY GILBERT

PARTNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Hayley joined Ohana Advisors in 2020 and is a Partner and Managing Director. She works closely with clients on strategic decisions across estate and tax planning, portfolio construction, charitable giving, and broader family office matters, helping them navigate the intersection of wealth, legacy, and long-term planning while also supporting day-to-day needs. Prior to joining Ohana, Hayley worked at Goldman Sachs in their private wealth management group as an Associate Wealth Management Professional in San Francisco. She gained experience there working closely with ultra-high net worth individuals and supporting the various aspects involved with their portfolios, including estate planning, charitable giving, and tax reporting. She started her career in Operations which set her up with the base knowledge of how financial systems work in the back-end, and approaches her work today with the mindset of mitigating operational pains for the firm and its clients. Hayley graduated from the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona in 2015 with a BS in Business Economics. She currently lives in San Francisco.
